Job Summary
This is a Community Service Work Study student employment position. Applicants must have Federal Work Study funds in their Financial Aid package.
The Operations & Development Assistant supports the Big Yard Foundation’s operational, development, and programmatic efforts with a focus on organization, donor relations, and youth programming. This hybrid position includes 1–2 in-person meetings per week and remote work managed through Zoom and digital platforms. Role reports to the Operations Manager and receives additional guidance and support from the CEO. Reports on-campus to Moreau Center Program Manager.
