CSA Strategy & Process Manager plays a key role within the Commercial Systems Acceleration team, supporting pre-onboarding activities that prepare new products, commercial models, and capabilities for successful implementation on Thomson Reuters' strategic technology stack.
This role partners with Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer-to-Cash, Architecture, and Technology teams to define commercial operating models, document business requirements, map future-state processes, identify capability gaps, and support onboarding readiness. The manager helps translate complex business concepts into actionable requirements and implementation plans that enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
