Cross-Sell Manager — Bet On Talent (Malta)
Looking for a commercially sharp, player behaviour-obsessed Cross-Sell Manager to own how players move between multiple casino brands - and how much more they're worth once they do. You'll design the strategy that turns a single-brand player into a multi-brand one, then direct the specialist teams who bring it to life.
This is a strategy and orchestration role, not a hands-on campaign role. You look across the entire business and spot where cross-sell opportunities exist: in CRM, Marketing, Operations, Product - opportunities are endless. You define the what and the why - and you'll brainstorm with department heads, define the strategy and align the teams who own the how.
