Description
- Client Acquisition & Mobilization: Sourcing new clients in local communities, market clusters, or rural areas, and educating them on microfinance products like group and individual loans.
- Credit Appraisal & Risk Assessment: Conducting field visits and analyzing cash flows, business viability, and household income levels to determine a client's creditworthiness.
- Loan Processing & Documentation: Structuring loan terms, preparing financial spreadsheets, and compiling necessary credit files in accordance with the MFI's lending methodology.
