About the Role
The Credit Manager role is responsible for the end-to-end management of customer credit risk, accounts receivable, collections, customer master data governance, SAP Trade Management (TM), customer deductions, returns and refusals management, customer contract administration, cash flow optimisation and working capital performance across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Finance Administration Manager ANZ, the role partners closely with various departments to ensure effective Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations, strong financial controls, timely dispute resolution, data governance and continuous process improvement. This position also supports finance transformation initiatives through automation, process optimization, and analytics.
