En Romeu Shipping, buscamos incorporar un/a Credit & Collections Specialist para formar parte del nuevo equipo de crédito y cobranza de toda la división.
What will your functions be?
- Gestionar de forma proactiva el cobro de deudas mediante llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y reuniones internas y externas.
- Realizar el seguimiento de la cartera de clientes para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos de pago.
- Resolver incidencias y disputas relacionadas con facturación y cobros.
