Mengawasi operasional tim Customer Service pada layanan cash management Memastikan seluruh proses layanan cash handling berjalan sesuai SOP Menangani eskalasi keluhan pelanggan terkait cash management Memastikan akurasi data transaksi, rekonsiliasi, dan laporan kas Monitoring proses cash in, cash out, dan settlement harian Koordinasi dengan tim operasional, cabang, dan pihak terkait (bank/klien) Memastikan SLA layanan pelanggan terpenuhi Melakukan review dan validasi laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan Memberikan arahan, coaching, dan evaluasi kinerja tim CS Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan potensi risiko operasional cash Memastikan keamanan dan kepatuhan dalam proses pengelolaan uang tunai Membuat laporan performa layanan dan issue operasional kepada manajemen.
