The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Counsel, Structured Finance to join our legal team as a primary legal advisor to FalconX’s credit businesses. In this high-impact role, you will provide strategic legal guidance on all aspects of digital asset lending, margin, borrowing, and other credit-related activities. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Markets, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams to support new product development, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal risk in a rapidly evolving market.
