Job Description
Position Title: Production (Corrugator) Supervisor
Category/Shift: Salaried Full-Time 3rd Shift
Physical Location: Oklahoma City, OK
The Job You Will Perform:
- Interfaces with senior plant leadership to communicate production goals on a continuous basis.
- Safety training, accident investigation, managing work schedules, counseling and coaching employees to exceed team goals and corrective action to address problems.
- Responsible for the manufacturing processes and exceeding department goals through strong leadership and direction.
- Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift with 3rd shift being the permanent shift.
