We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join an onsite legal team in Houston, Texas, supporting a busy real estate and corporate transaction practice. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-sensitive setting and can keep complex deal documentation organized from due diligence through closing. The role calls for someone who can coordinate effectively with attorneys, internal teams, and business partners to help transactions move forward smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the structure and upkeep of virtual data rooms, ensuring due diligence and transaction files are accurate, current, and easy to access.
- Partner with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to collect, monitor, and upload required materials related to active deals and legal requests.
