Section: Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate finance strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Advise executive management and the Board on financial strategy, investments, and capital allocation.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Develop and execute fundraising and capital-raising strategies.
- Structure and negotiate debt, equity, project financing, and other funding arrangements.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, private equity firms, and other funding partners.
- Lead investment evaluations, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop financial models, valuations, business cases, and scenario analyses.
- Oversee liquidity, cash flow, working capital, and treasury management.
