External Reporting:
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and other relevant standards
Technical Accounting and Policy:
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and timely updates are evaluated and implemented as necessary to address new accounting standards and regulations
- Actively lead and be hands-on driving special projects such as acquisitions / dispositions, complex accounting and financial reporting issues or transactions
