JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities include assigning incoming orders and liaising with the warehouse and distribution center. Accurate reporting and preparation of orders for customers is key, as is clear communication.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be processing incoming orders and liaising with distribution leadership, transportation and customer services.
- You will coordinate the priority and pick level process of orders and maintain priority of emergency replenishment and orders.
- You will ensure communication between picker leadership and replenishment leadership for stock replenishment needs and troubleshoot, as need.
- You will accurately prepare and process orders for customers, both externally and internally.
- You will be assigned to monitor the work, including staging, wave times, and pick assignments for various teams.
