TE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO: COORDINADOR/A DE PROYECTOS SOCIALES
TU ROL SERÁ: Coordinar programa o proyectos de intervención social a nivel local, acordes con los lineamientos de la política de Responsabilidad Social de Holcim (Colombia) S.A.
TUS PRINCIPALES RETOS SERÁN:
- Líderar y coordinar las líneas estratégicas definidas en el marco de las políticas de CSR.
- Plantear y desarrollar acciones para el diseño, implementación, evaluación y seguimiento de proyectos de CSR & Sostenibilidad en Agua & Territorio, Salud & Bienestar, Vivienda Sostenible, Emprendimiento Social, Proyectos Comunitarios y voluntariado para dar respuesta a los compromisos con las comunidades y cumplimiento a los Planes de Gestión Social de las Licencias Ambientales otorgadas por las autoridades ambientales y mineras nacionales o regionales.
