Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, standards and guest requirements.
- Ensure food is properly prepared, cooked, presented and served on time.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Ensure proper storage, handling and preservation of food items.
- Assist with menu preparation, ingredient selection and kitchen planning when required.
