Pelcro is building AI-powered customer service to help publishers manage subscriptions, billing, and payments. We’re looking for someone to help define and implement the conversational AI experience that delivers fast, accurate outcomes for customers.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to design, implement, and optimize Pelcro's AI-powered customer service for subscription management and billing.
- Build and refine AI agents that can answer common customer queries without queues, driving fast resolutions.
- Demonstrate Pelcro's AI capabilities to prospective customers and contribute to case studies and customer stories.
- Work closely with publishers to understand needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
