Our client, a leading utilities organization, is hiring an experienced Controls Engineer to join the team in San Antonio. The successful candidate will help ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of power generation facilities by providing technical expertise across plant control systems, instrumentation, electrical equipment and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical management of plant control systems, instrumentation, electrical equipment and operational processes.
- Act as the main technical contact for customers, plant teams, technicians, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor plant performance and respond to power outages, control system faults, equipment failures and other operational issues.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate corrective actions to restore safe and reliable operations.
