Controller
Our client needs a Controller for their team! This direct-hire position will play a key role in ensuring fiscal and operational integrity of a non-profit organization. Responsibilities of the Controller
- Supervise, coach, and mentor accounting and grants staff members
- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, journal entries, grants, and budgets
- Assist senior leadership with HR matters, insurance policies, contracts, and related tasks
- Contribute to audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports, analyze data, and assist with fiscal forecasting
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, update, and communicate fiscal policies and procedures that meet organizational strategic plans and comply with regulatory requirements
