Contract Sales & Service Administrator – Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc.
As the Contract Sales & Service Administrator you will be responsible for the Clinical Diagnostic group across Canada and the US. The Service Contracts team works closely with Sales, Regional Managers, Technical Support, Core Contracts, and Service Orders teams to ensure a smooth transition from quoting to purchasing. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking service sales and drive solutions to sustain profitability using your expertise in reporting and analytics.
How the Candidate will Make an Impact
- Review upcoming service contract expirations and prepare renewal opportunities in SFDC/CPQ to support timely customer outreach and contract continuity.
- Prepare billable service quotes and maintain pricing information to support timely and consistent quoting.
