Contract Manager – Drive Performance and Deliver Excellent Property Services Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services? Join Peabody's Repairs Team and play a key role in managing contractor performance, driving service improvements and ensuring our homes are maintained to the highest standards.
Working closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders, you'll help deliver excellent customer outcomes, strong commercial performance and value for money across our property services contracts.
What you'll be doing
- Manage contractor performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard.
- Monitor KPIs, work in progress and service delivery, driving improvements where performance falls below expectations.
