Job Summary: This role is for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager responsible for driving site-wide operational excellence through structured problem-solving, Lean methodologies, and cultural transformation. The position requires a hands-on leader with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and performance analytics. As a key driver of productivity and efficiency, this role will establish a multi-year CI roadmap, lead high-impact improvement projects, and support cross-functional teams in identifying and resolving systemic issues.
