Role Overview
The Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) team is responsible for improving the quality, consistency, and usability of enterprise knowledge content. This position will support the enterprise-wide transformation of knowledge assets, ensuring content is standardized, searchable, structured, and optimized for future AI-enabled knowledge experiences. The role involves partnering with business units, subject matter experts (SMEs), and content owners to review, revise, and modernize existing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and modernize existing procedural, policy, reference, and knowledge content in accordance with EKM standards.
- Rewrite and restructure content using approved AI-enabled technologies, templates, content models, and style guides.
