Objetivo del puesto:
Liderar la planificación, diseño, estructuración, implementación, operación y evaluación de desempeño del Sistema de Gestión de Compliance bajo el estándar internacional ISO 37301:2021, en sinergia con el Sistema de Gestión Antisoborno (ISO 37001) y el Sistema Integrado de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) de Empresa de Generación Huallaga S.A. (EGH).
Garantizar la identificación y mitigación integral de riesgos legales, regulatorios, contractuales y éticos vinculados al sector energético e hidroeléctrico, asegurando el cumplimiento de la Ley N° 30424, Ley N° 31740, normativas sectoriales y lineamientos corporativos del Grupo CTG, fomentando una cultura de integridad, transparencia y mejora continua.
