Role Summary
Reporting to the Investor Service Manager, the role will be responsible for ensuring our clients and investors receive excellent service in all communications.
Our Asia Investor Service Team supports multiple clients, funds and underlying investors, ensuring timely delivery of information and issue-resolution through effective communication via multiple channels.
What You Will Do
The key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Client Servicing: delivery of high-quality client experiences by owning resolution of investor and client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Monitoring progress and maintaining regular, timely, and accurate communications to all stakeholders.
