Consultant Technique Servicenow HRSD (F/H)
Vos missions :
- Paramétrage et développement : Configurer le module HRSD de ServiceNow pour répondre aux enjeux de nos clients ;
- Analyse et optimisation : Participer à l'analyse et à l'optimisation des processus client, en support de consultants seniors et architectes ;
- Ateliers et conception : Participer à des ateliers/réunions avec les clients pour recueillir et formaliser leurs besoins fonctionnels, rédiger des spécifications techniques et des user stories et proposer des préconisations techniques et fonctionnelles, construction et suivi du backlog ;
- Gestion Agile : Contribuer aux Sprint plannings et Sprint reviews, effectuer les paramétrages techniques, les développements, les tests techniques et fonctionnels, et accompagner la mise en production.
