Job title: Consultant Radiologist - Head and Neck
This post will be joining a compliment of 34 Consultant Radiologists responsible for the provision of Radiological services to Swansea (in Morriston, Singleton and Neath Port Talbot Hospitals) with close links to Swansea Medical School, National Imaging academy of Wales and the Institute of life sciences at Swansea University bringing plenty of opportunity for teaching and research.
This is a new post joining 3 existing head and neck radiologists. Swansea is the tertiary oncology centre, incorporating the South West Wales head and neck cancer service, generating large volumes of challenging and interesting work from 2 large adjoining health boards, working alongside specialist surgeons from ENT and maxillofacial surgery, as well as the Welsh Centre for burns and plastics.
