DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs assigned capital markets operations activities across trade support, settlement, reconciliation, account maintenance, documentation, or control-related processes, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and priorities.
- Supports APAC domicile client base and all inbound APAC execution from global client base, including: Accounts, transactions, projects, analyses, internal/external relationships within an assigned capital markets operations area, escalating more complex matters as appropriate.
- Analyzes transaction, settlement, reconciliation, client, account, or operational information and evaluates possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedent to resolve problems in straightforward situations.
