About this role
Construction Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership, governance and assurance for safe, predictable and efficient field execution on the Bluesky project at Kwinana Energy Hub. This is achieved through:
- Providing visible construction leadership and HSSE governance and self verification.
- Leading contract performance and delivery of critical site construction services.
- Ensuring robust construction execution readiness, contractor assurance and field delivery support.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Champion HSSE across all construction activities, ensuring compliance with BP standards and safe execution in the field.
- Provide construction input, readiness support and manage all construction activities, ensuring effective pre mobilisation planning, execution preparedness and field delivery support.
