Construction Project Planner
The Role
- As Project Planner at Palton Morgan Holdings, you will be at the heart of our construction programme management - developing master schedules, monitoring critical paths, and ensuring our high-value residential and commercial projects are delivered on time and to the Palton Morgan standard of excellence.
What You Bring
- 3 – 6 years of hands-on construction planning & programme management experience
- Proven track record on building projects valued above ₦500 million
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Strong command of CPM, resource levelling, and earned value management (EVM)
- Experience with delay analysis, EOT claims, and as-built records
- B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
