Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in residential construction or real estate project management
- Proven experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong project, budget, procurement and contractor management skills
- Knowledge of LASBCA approvals and Lagos building regulations
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera or similar tools
- Strong understanding of structural, architectural and MEP drawings
- B. Sc. or B.Eng. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field
