About this role
Section: Overview Built IQ London is a growing residential and commercial builder delivering high-quality refurbishments, extensions, structural works and new-build projects across Greater London, typically valued between £250k and £2m.
They are Currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to run our live sites day to day.
Section: Responsibilities
- Manage live sites day to day (construction management duties per residential/commercial projects)
Section: Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager/ Site Manager/ Project Manager on residential and/or commercial projects
- Experience will be preferred
- Strong trade coordination and programme management
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and site H&S
- Confident, professional communication
