What You’ll Do
- Lead Team Operations: Supervise the daily workflow of the conflicts analysis team, ensuring matters are prioritized appropriately and completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
- Manage Conflicts Review Processes: Assist attorneys and legal staff with identifying, evaluating, and resolving potential conflicts of interest, collaborating with Risk Management and the Office of the General Counsel when needed.
- Drive Quality & Consistency: Establish and maintain analysis protocols, review work product, and ensure high standards across conflicts search and analysis activities.
- Coordinate Complex Projects: Oversee large-scale conflicts analysis initiatives, ensuring effective organization, collaboration, and successful outcomes.
