About this role
Section: Responsibilities
- Support the Legal & Compliance team in the day-to-day implementation of the company’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regulatory and legal research and assist in monitoring changes in applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes.
- Review compliance documentation and ensure required records, approvals, and supporting documents are properly maintained.
- Support periodic compliance monitoring and internal reviews, identifying gaps and escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports, regulatory submissions, compliance trackers, memos, and other documentation.
