Sie gestalten die Weiterentwicklung und wirksame Umsetzung des Compliance Management Systems des Segments Decarbon Technologies aktiv mit und übernehmen Verantwortung für ausgewählte Compliance-Handlungsfelder in den Kernbereichen Antikorruption, Data Compliance, Geldwäschebekämpfung, Außenwirtschaftsrecht. Ein Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt dabei auf der kartellrechtlichen Beratung sowie der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung kartellrechtlicher Compliance-Maßnahmen. Dabei wirken Sie darauf hin, dass die segmentweiten Standards eingehalten, Risiken frühzeitig erkannt und Compliance-Anforderungen effizient umgesetzt werden.
