Community Engagement Manager
About this role
AWS is hiring a Community Engagement Manager to support InCommunities initiatives for the AWS Data Center Community. This position can be based out of Canton, Mississippi and will support the business across Mississippi and Louisiana, with a primary focus on our infrastructure in these regions.
As a Community Engagement Manager, you will:
- Be a subject matter expert on external issues management and working with our neighbors around our Data Center Infrastructure. You will Identify and collaborate with partner organizations and key stakeholders to understand community needs, build relationships and collaborate on impactful outcomes. You will support the region’s community issues manager and lead the identification and deployment of programs designed to have sustaining and lasting impacts in the communities we live and work.
