The Commercial & Growth Manager will lead Bridgemead Advisory's commercial growth by driving new business acquisition, expanding existing client relationships, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisory partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that increase revenue, build long-term client partnerships, and create opportunities to deliver recruitment, executive search, organizational development, leadership, and advisory solutions.
