About the Role
As a Commercial Contracts Counsel at Nutrient, you will own the end-to-end commercial contracts function, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements to support Nutrient's global customer base. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations, helping build the playbook and shaping how the company scales in a fast-paced, AI-native environment. This role reports to the COO and serves as a strategic legal partner across the business.
What You'll Do
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a full range of commercial agreements: MSAs, order forms, SaaS subscription agreements, pricing amendments, multi-year commitments, and related documents across Nutrient’s lines of business as well as internal tool/service procurement.
