Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily truck loading, monitor truck payloads to ensure optimum loading without exceeding approved vehicle capacity.
- Verify weighbridge tickets, waybills, truck details, tonnage, and other dispatch documentation.
- Track daily truck availability, tonnage, turnaround time, pending trucks, delays, and operational constraints.
- Coordinate with mine operators, logistics teams, suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet evacuation targets.
