About this role
THE MISSION
You are the commercial brain behind two very different hotels connecting the dots between Mama Shelter Cape Town & HYDE Johannesburg to turn demand, data and strategy into revenue.
As our Cluster Revenue Manager, you’ll be the person making sure we’re selling the right room, to the right guest, at the right time, through the right channel — and at the right price.
You’ll work across both properties, balancing commercial strategy with the personality and positioning of each brand. Two hotels, two markets, one sharp revenue strategy.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Revenue Driver Develop and execute revenue strategies across both properties to maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall profitability.
- Strategy Maker Build pricing, inventory and distribution strategies based on demand, market conditions, business mix and hotel performance.
