Cluster Marketing Communications Executive (Sofitel Singapore Sentosa)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertising, Public Relations, Partnerships and Brand Website
- Support the development and management of the resort’s annual Marketing Communications budget, ensuring alignment with the approved marketing plan and the establishment of measurable action plans and performance indicators.
- Assist in developing and executing proactive advertising and communications plans across print, digital and social media channels to strengthen brand awareness and achieve agreed monthly KPIs within the approved budget.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, fact sheets and other public relations materials as required.
- Coordinate media, influencer and social media stay requests, including itineraries, internal arrangements and post-stay follow-up.
