You will operate at the intersection of cloud operations, automation, and platform engineering to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.

- Operate and support cloud infrastructure across AWS environments, ensuring reliable and stable platform performance
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools
- Monitor system health and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and operational readiness
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, integrations, and platform issues to minimize service impact and downtime
