The Role We're hiring a Clipping Specialist to run clipping campaigns end to end. You'll recruit and manage clippers, set the briefs and rate structures, track output and views, and make sure the content actually performs instead of just existing.
This is an operator role with real numbers attached. You'll be responsible for what a campaign delivers.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage networks of clippers
- Write briefs that give clippers what they need to hit the brand and the format
- Set rate structures — per clip, per thousand views, bonuses and tiers
- Track submissions, view counts, and payouts across dozens of accounts
- Verify authenticity and flag botted or fraudulent views before we pay
- Report campaign performance to account managers and clients
- Source and cut source material with the content team when needed
