We're looking for a Clinical Research Enrollment Specialist to join our Early Phase Clinical Unit (EPCU) team at Parexel. In this dynamic role, you'll be the vital link between our volunteer database and our clinical studies, ensuring smooth enrollment processes while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and care.
What You'll Do
As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll wear many hats in a fast-paced, rewarding environment:
- Drive Study Enrollment – Manage daily enrollment activities for assigned studies, working efficiently to minimize waste and maximize results.
- Be Our First Point of Contact – Answer inbound calls on our volunteer hotline, providing study information, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries about our published advertisements.
