About the Role Dayton Children's is seeking a Part-time Clinical Nurse in the Mental Health Unit (Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness) to provide professional nursing care following ANA and Ohio Board of Nursing standards. The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient/family needs, deliver proficient care, and support a patient- and family-centered experience while adapting to changing census and needs. What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with ANA and Ohio Board of Nursing standards.
- Interact with interdisciplinary team to promote the health potential of patients and families; deliver care based on detailed assessments.
- Promote a patient- and family-experience oriented environment; act as a change agent to meet census and customer needs.
