Sessions: 6–8 a week. The split between leadership and clinical time is agreed with you. Pay: Up to £120,000 FTE, plus a Golden Hello (£3-5k) | depending on experience and session Reports to: Medical Director Contract: Permanent Closing date: Monday 19 October 2026

I’m looking for a GP to lead Portland’s clinical team with me.
Portland is a busy practice in South Norwood looking after 15,000 patients from one of London’s most diverse communities. We run total triage through Klinik, and our clinical team includes GPs, nurses, pharmacists and ARRS clinicians. A lot of what we do works well. Some of it needs a senior GP on the ground, every day, to put right.
