This role serves as a critical post-deal liaison between our organization, Brokers, and the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough operational research, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all phases of the customer lifecycle following contract execution. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
