- In this role, you will support clients through the account switching process by helping them seamlessly transfer recurring direct deposits, subscription payments, and automatic bill payments from their existing financial institution to UBS Bank USA. You will provide guidance, answer product and process-related questions, and ensure a smooth transition to the client's new banking relationship.
