Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, creatives, and internal teams, ensuring enquiries, requests, and concerns are promptly addressed and followed up.
- Manage client communication and coordinate the resolution of project-related requests, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other service providers to coordinate project requirements and deliverables.
