We are seeking a sales-focused Client Experience & Sales Lead to manage client enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and support the growth of CF Braids & Locs while managing prospective and existing clients throughout their booking journey.
Responsibilities
- Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries
- Follow up with potential clients
- Qualify leads and guide them through the booking process
- Book consultations and appointments
- Follow up on deposits and confirm bookings
- Send appointment reminders
Requirements
- Experience within the beauty, hair or service industry is desirable but not essential
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- A confident and professional communicator
- Comfortable with sales and client conversion
- Proactive and confident with follow-ups
