Job Objectives
- To provide specialist technical expertise in the design, implementation, optimization, and support of clearing and settlement platforms.
- The role leads complex technical initiatives, develops solution designs, drives system enhancements, performs advanced troubleshooting, and provides technical guidance to team members to ensure the stability, availability, security, and performance of all supported payment platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead complex incident resolution and mentor junior analysts.
- Support daily operation of clearing and settlement applications.
- Monitor processing, investigate incidents and restore service within SLA.
- Perform approved system configuration and deployment activities.
